Setting the temperature

If you want to, you can modify the pre-set temperature suggested by your oven for each cooking

mode (except for dough proving).

Turn knob

to display the temperature,

to confirm your choice.

Setting the cooking time

Knob

allows you to set:

✮ a cooking time or pyrolytic self-cleaning (page 21),

✮ the end cooking or pyrolytic self-cleaning cycle time (page 22).

You can also use it to set the timer. The timer operates independently from the oven.

Turn

towards the right to light symbol .

Press

to set the cooking time (from 0h01 to 9h59).

Turn

to display the desired time.

Press

to confirm your choice.

A series of beeps signals the end of timed cooking and the time display flashes.

Press

to stop the timer.
