USING THE MULTIFUNCTION OVEN
ACM 392 N
Fan convection system
The air is drawn in through openings on the
rear panel of the oven and then heated before
being returned to the oven chamber.
The convection function assures uniform heat
distribution in the oven and permits
simultaneous cooking of food on any of the
three oven levels.
Temperature for convection cooking are lower
than those for conventional radiant heat
cooking (see “Temperature selection”).
Upper and lower heating elements
Inside the oven the heating elements are
located on the oven floor and ceiling. Heat is
supplied by radiation.
